Pilates

Using a combination of strength, balance and mobilising exercises, Pilates focusses on those areas often neglected by other exercise classes; it is particularly good at addressing muscle imbalances that are so often the cause of chronic aches and pains.

All sessions cater for all levels of fitness so whether you are a beginner or are more experienced there will always be something for you. Your instructor has over 20 yearsʼ experience as an exercise teacher.

Pilates is also suitable for all ages and abilities.

All equipment will be provided.
